MEET THE BAWSE 

I am Xen St Charles (aka Big Hair Bawse), an avid world traveler, budding serial entrepreneur and passionate CSEC abolitionist. My bachelor's degree in social work and MBA represent my combined love for serving others and slaying business ventures. I have successfully founded and ran 4 businesses and visited over 50 countries in the last decade.

 

I always say...I have lived a lot of lives! I have a background in education, nonprofit, property management, ministry, grassroots organizing, legal services, beauty/wellness and of course...business & travel! Whew! Yeah...ya girl likes to stay busy! 

 

I created The Bawse Abroad to share my journeys, suggestions, struggles and lessons learned as a traveling entrepreneur. As I traverse the world and grow as a businesswoman, I will share some of the grit, glory and grind with you all. AND from time to time, you'll get the opportunity to join me and experience the magic in person!
